The item came with one of the pieces out of place, so the unit didn’t work correctly. Calling the manufacturer, it sounds like the company has stopped carrying the unit, and wasn’t much support at all. Fortunately, the distributor was a TERRIFIC help.

First of all, the same day I bought this unit, I also bought a set of art-knife blades from Amazon. The blades, less than two square inches on size, arrived in a huge box, padded with inflated plastic pillows. The Clensatron arrived much later, in the smallest shipping bag that it could fit in, offering no protection at all, with the product’s box crushed, open, and the contents were in many pieces.

I contacted the merchant about this and got no response.

Shortly after, the unit fell about two feet and broke up into many pieces. I contacted the seller hoping at least for a set of instructions (such as Clensatron has supplied for years to customers who buy replacement parts) that would help me figure out how to put this complicated apparatus back together. Again I received no response. I had to figure out through trial and error how to reassemble the parts and have the unit work.

This product, is recommended with reservations: heaven help you if it comes apart… and as for the merchant currently selling them on Amazon, don’t expect any help. Considering how much you’re paying, you’ve every right to expect the product be properly protected in shipping, and this one wasn’t at all, and Ignoring two emails was just plain rude.
